Hapkido – Martial Arts program which allows you to follow your dreams of becoming a black belt. (Ages 6 & up)

CrossFit – Get into the best shape of your life. Join the "Sport of Fitness". (Ages 14 & up)

Tiny Tigers – It's never too young to start karate! (Ages 3 - 5)

All workouts are scalable to your own comfort level so you should never feel intimidated. Our "On-Ramp" class is a great beginner class where we really spend time going over proper technique to insure your safety. This class will help you merge into the regular class. Our On-Ramp classes are:

Monday - Thursday: 7:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am
